Thanks for this detailed callout and feedback list! You bring up some great points. We really want more clairty around the rules system to help players get a better sense of reward for the thinking they have to do to win. It would also be nice to, as you and others point out, not be able to win without interaction/intervention. For the transforming limit to the player's turn, this was an intentional choice as a way to make the game harder. Maybe it still feels like there isn't much of a reason which prompts me to think we need to do a better job providing a justification for that choice (maybe a lore/story reason, or maybe by further clamping that rule to one transformation per round limit)!
