Cute game. Love how you added new mechanics so it isn't just plain old snake. The provoke and hide mechanic along with movement slowing as you collect mice work really well together, very smart game design. Like other people say the endgame basically just comes down to waiting for the mice to spawn close to you. You could either decrease the move penalty a little or add a way to drop off or deposit mice to get some of your speed back for an example. Presentation was clean. Good job!

Yes the end game is too difficult, I definitely will decrease the move penalty after the jam voting period to make it easier!
