It has an in-game guide. Just use the phone (P) to see the character quest details. It's all there. The actions needed, how much affection is required and all that.
I know about phone, but it's still not perfect, i don't know how "progress" goes up, i just know at some point it goes, also i can't find info how to rise P and A with Pixie, Mabel or Nina. I know there is some info, but it's not specified and i had to find more info on internet
