And yes, made in Twine, Sugarcube specifically. I already had some knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript so I think it made it easier to understand it. The Sugarcube documentation is very well explained so that's the only thing I used tbh...
Hmm, I'm pretty sure there are tutorial playlists on Youtube that explain step by step how to make a game on Twine so that could be a good place to start if the documentation is too intimidating to start with !
