This is a unique, thematic setting and adventure space, but it's really only worth one read through. I would've hoped to see more more sandbox (no pun intended) elements to help reinforce the living world that was introduced in the beginning. The text is a nice wellspring of ideas, but it's not a usable "bible" or reference for running a game.
