How can I transform to celestian , I've been meditate for long time and I still don't have access with the spell also the bar is already at max. How many times I need to meditate cause it's been 60 straight (ingame) day I've been meditate
If I remember...you have to talk with Kimiko about your struggle...At some point Nel should interrupt your meditation...you can summon her just prior after the shower...let her take over and get the spell...talk to her after...once she has it you and her should be able to use it in combat.
