You're welcome. Currently. it's my engine of choice, if it could even be called that (it's not intended for making games, but it has that capability). As to how I got to it, I may not remember all the details despite it being recent, but here goes. Background context I used Google Web Designer a while back. I used it for some 3D animations. It stopped working for 3D as I wanted one day, and I stopped using it. Fast forward to this year, I was making games. I made games before, but this might have been a bit different. I used Batari Basic to make Atari games. I might have been content to stay making Atari games, but then came GMTK game jam. I made an Atari game, and long story short for some reason I decided I was going to move on. I was thinking about GB Studio, but that didn't work for me. Now some time ago, I installed Google Web Designer for making some animations or something (I did uninstall but then I installed it again at some point). I didn't really want to get into the big game engines potentially due at least in some part to being lazy and wanting easier and simpler things or something like that. I don't exactly remember how I figured it out that it could be used, but I did. I was thinking about the Major Game Jam theme before it started, and I came up with a game to make (not this one, but rather its sequel). I might have focused on more on getting it down as well as making it more like art rather than game or something like that. I made that one, and I decided to use it again for this game jam.

Nice! I participated in the gmtk too! Could you tell me the name of your game jam game? Mine was Better Cluck Next Time. Go check it out if you want!

Sure, but you may not like it. It's called Platformer but you're the platform. Here's the link: Platformer but you're the platform by Quantum Linux (itch.io)

Nice, will you check mine out? It's called Better Cluck Next Time. If you don't mind could you also follow me? We plan on making one of our games a full release and if you follow us you'll be notified!
