After the first 3 songs, the beginning of 'Gerascophobia' was a bit jarring but I got used to it quickly. The ambiance is effective, really fits what you describe. The noise/crackles, coupled with the dissonance of faint droning instruments, really conveyed the power of a sacred being. I loved all the tracks with the aforementioned vibe!
