Little Slice of War: There is an optimistically ominous feeling I get from listening to this track. As a title or menu theme, I do think it would set the expectations well for the premise of the game that there is only a finite amount of time before something bad will happen.
Bulletman (Stage 1): This has great energy to it and has all the elements of a classic SNES soundtrack. I like the addition of the tubular bells and the transition into the more Eastern sounding B section. It also has a very pleasant loop transition. I would have a lot of fun playing this level!
A Broken Clock is Right All the Time (Stage 2): This has a really cool phrygian sound, and an energy that I think would be right at home in a Kirby game. The latin-y B section is so cool and is probably my favorite part of your entire OST!
War Shop: The bossa nova rhythm is perfect for a shop theme and makes me feel more relaxed than a war shop probably should. :)
Time-Honored Tradition (Stage 3): Another great level theme that fits very nicely with the other levels and helps keep the entire OST both fresh and cohesive.
The Fourth Hand (Stage 4): I really like the melody of this track. The whole vibe feels like a Pokemon track (battle themes) and the B section even has some of the same harmonic elements to it. I like the use of the fast 6/8 time signature.
March of the Bullets: The baritone saxophone in the bass has such a unique sound but works really well in this OST giving it a more gritty sound than a brass instrument would - good selection!
Time is Money is Power: Great adaptation of the previous theme for a more intense feel to it. My favorite part is the organ(?) part with the alternating low pedal tone.
Blink and You’ll Miss It: This theme seems like it would accompany either a game over scene or a pre-boss area with the calm but sinister sound. I really like the swelling pad effects.
Overall: This is a full-fledged SNES game OST! I would have believed you if you told me this is the actual soundtrack to a game I could have played as a kid. Overall your soundtrack offers many excellent musical ideas while staying true to the style you selected, creating a very cohesive sound. Overall great work and thank you for sharing!
