So you did! My bad.

I hate to keep bugging you about this, but you're the only one of authority who's responded. Have you spoken to someone from Itch? What does it take to get any sort of communication from support? I've tried to be patient and not bombard them with nagging followup emails, but I'm going on 7 weeks now and this level of neglect seems absurd.

I spoke to an admin the second time, too. There's nothing more I can do.

Hi! I have the same problem as you, my games have been deindexed for about a month, I think it might be a good idea to team up so that if the support team responds to one of us, we can then talk to them about the other developer and have them fix their problem too (I don’t know if they will do it, but it’s worth a try).

My links to contact me:

I recommend contacting support about your own problem (also, next time please make your own topic). Until then, please remove the Discord invite, the rules have changed a while ago and they're no longer allowed in the forum. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your situation, but Itch Support cannot be bothered to provide any sort of communication. Over 2 months they have failed to respond to three different queries, and there appears to be no way to receive help otherwise.

I got a message yesterday from the moderator https://itch.io/t/3068503/my-games-are-deindexed#post-8550236, if I understood correctly, the support team can decide not to answer if they don't want to reindex my game, you may be in this situation. However, IMO, I think it is still necessary to continue to follow up with them by email (in my case, I have unanswered questions, I particularly want to know the exact cause of my first de-indexing, if only to to prevent this from happening again if I publish a new game).

The problem arises where there is no communication about the actions taken and the reasoning why. When our only procedure is to contact support for help, yet you get ignored, it's entirely frustrating and lends the idea they don't give a damn.

I can't guess on the specifics of why it happened to you. At least in my case I was initially notified of a complaint that Itch was being irresponsible, but somehow that became my fault.
