Nice shader and stopping time mechanic, too bad it's not really the most efficient way to kill the others penguins (just by you fleeing, they get grouped together and can't shoot you anyway)
I planned to make the special be crucial to kill the enemies but a lot of bugs to fix drained all my jamtime, after the jam a launch a fix version
