For me, as long as it's not the gross stuff (like guro or scat) then it doesn't really bother me that much what it is. Worst-case, I just use my hand to cover up that part of the screen and click really fast to get through it.
I'd rather you do what you, the game's creator, have envisioned. Don't let nay-sayers dictate too much of what you can or cannot do. There will always be people that go out of their way to be offended.
Maybe do a poll to gauge where the majority of players land?
