Roguelikes are favourite genre and I really like what you did here with the binding of isaac-esque game combined with the theme. I sensed the bugs but I don't know how they were a feature. I found myself just getting frustrated when the room just went black etc. Also It took me a while to realise that I had to click the staff to be able to be able to use it, silly me. But to be fair, the writing etched into the floor was quite hard to read, you must have chosen to do this because it looks like it suits the environment but, at the end of the day, they looked quite bad and didn't serve the purpose.
I made a game like this once, called Agent Googar (see my itch) for the last summer game jam so I realise just how hard it is to make a game like this in only 4 days. Don't let my grouchy criticism dissuade you from making games, you did a fine job. Keep up the good work.
