same. Bought this in 2019 still can't download it only have the demo. only remembered just now cause I was playing another game now idk if I'm mad or sad bout this situation cause it 2023 now :(

OMG it's been four years to you that could be easily correctly if the game company cared about their fan base, I already had bought other product from them with no problem but I am not sure if I will do it again after knowing your case, which is happening again with me.

tbh i agree lol the devs dont answer questionsor anything its sad but meh what can we do lol i will probably purchase their stuff on here tho

if u paid 29 bucks for it then thats for the FULL GAME the FULL GAME isnt released yet here is what dev said

Contact support@itch.io, asking to refund the previous purchase with the reason (saying because you want to upgrade)
Repurchase the game at $45 tier or up ($60 tiers will get you a Banana Ranch Fanbook for free)

thanks! but I had already checked for that $45 option and I don't see it but I contacted the creators and hopefully it'll work out

in order to access beta its the 45 one- it says it too...yall bought the full game pre order which is 29, the 45 one is the BETA and the 60 is the BETA and full game so if u want to access beta u need to get the 45, in the update the dev said contact them to get a refund if u want to up the price for 45 since sadly itch io charges full price
