You dolts, it says it's planned, but I'm asking if it isn't already in the game as it's not something that would take overt additions to implement partially.

there's no pregnancy in the game for the moment. but we plan to have it added in a "fetishes" update (see my response to a question about foot fetish).

Jokes aside, Impregnation isn't that intrusive compared to a lot of other fetishes, as most would be happy with an extra ui element (perhaps two; it has common ties to x-ray) and some extra dialogue. But if you really want to make them happy, make it a game mechanic that can be maximized or otherwise boosted.
