sorry for the delay, sometimes the simplest answer is the correct one, I found the issue and feel stupid :😀
I troubleshoot more, whent to Stash logs, and found encoder errors, so made the sense issue with high resolution files, but when I reinstalled the io version I also started to have the issue, the solution ... well obvious just select direct instead of encode on heresphere, I did that in the first time on io version and totally forgot to do in lab version
After selecting to not transcode everything started to work
