It's probably flagged since anyone can share anything with that site. I could have send you a zip file full of malware for example. So only trust the site if you trust the person sending you the link.
Except for the combat tracks, most are from a Redditor who once posted a bunch of music he made on /r/gamedev and made it free to use. But it's been a while so I have no idea who it was.
