I'm in the similar situation, where after choosing the tease option on the Runan route, the screen freezes and not respond. I'm playing the pc version as well, and relaunching the game doesn't help.
It seems that I am unable to replicate the error/crash through several tries. If possible, please submit a bug report here so we can identify how it happened. Be as specific as you can when describing the bug as it does help us pinpoint the reason for this happening, and why does it only affect certain devices.
