Lots to like about your game.
Excellent graphics. Very coherent art style, and the animations on the sword attacks look good. The lighting/shadow effects really sold it for me though. You did a very good job on the lava glow in particular.
In terms of gameplay, I liked the neat little addition of side rooms with reward chests. Helped give some variety to the flow of the game. I'm also satisfied that your game fits the Jam Theme nicely.
In terms of Improvements, (I'm assuming your new to Game Jams as you said you were a beginner in another comment), definitely make a WebGL build if you can. Quite easy to do with Unity, and will make it so more people play your game. If you can't do that, compress your project as a zipped folder (right click on the folder, send to -> compressed (zipped) folder on Windows 10). People don't like downloading and extracting mysterious .rar files.
For the actual game, I'd say the spending lives to replay when you die is a bit harsh for a Game Jam, makes it harder to review your game. I'd recommend using a different font like monogram as the one you chose is quite hard to read. Additionally, maybe add a slight delay from when an enemy attacks and when the attack tries to deal damage. Quite hard to use the shield block ability at the moment. Finally, appropriate music in the main game is a must, especially given audio is a voting category. You can look at somewhere like Open Game Art for that.
Honestly, I thought you did very well, exceptionally well considering that you are a beginner. There are just some small mistakes that can be avoided with more experience. I would definitely continue making games/Game Jamming.
Neat submission, Well done!
