The SP Bar in the Cat form is a bit special compared to all other forms, it's actually just a visual indicator and holds no actual relevance. That's the reason it does nothing there.
Thanks for noticing, fixed both things and also rework the skill a little bit to function ebtetr with forms like rabbit.
Will be in the next version! Sorry for the inconvenience.

cat form was just a exemple i see it also with mouse form if you use the skill and that you gat all the sp tiny mouse will end the next turn and not the turn that you gain the sp (i think it happen because that the turn in process and it don't know how to process it)

Thanks for mentioning it, I actually rewrote the entire skill to give me some more control over it, it now also checks after adding the SP if somwthing else should trigger like giving or removing specific status effects. Just need to test it out later, will eb fixed in teh next version!
