I answered a similar comment to this a while ago, but right now I have little other options. I do intend to re-do the art at such time as I can afford an artist, but my own drawing skills suck and using photos of real people is not particularly viable either - I know that's a way that can get a Patreon shut down.
At least this way I can get a working game up and running, with all the underlying systems and image-layering/handling worked out, ready to switch out the AI """art""" for something better (should I ever hit such a luxury point that I could afford to comission an artist).
You don't have to resort to stealing art to make your game.
You have a Patreon with over 100 members and you're at least earning around $200 a month
Commissioning an artist isn't a luxury, you can do it right now.
It's just easier to use stolen AI "art".
Or, hell bro, just buy Koikatsu or Honey Select for like $60 and use those 3D models in place of actual art. It would be better than using AI "art".
You have other options, be better.
