Same. I talked to him and then I tried speaking with Everett but it didn't unlock any new interactions, nor it added Everett to my relations list. What should I do?
Updated. I tried triggering the scene with Everett and Booner at night in the marketplace again and after a second try it worked. Now Everett is in my relationship log. Weird but hey, its done. Give it another go.
