I saw the screenshots and thought, "Is it just a bunch of pngs?" I found out that the screenshot is exactly as depicted, in the best way possible. Very fun game, I enjoyed it!
That's right. A bunch of pngs with some in-engine graphic technique (or not) can end saving you if you lack of time or art skills (or both).
If you find the right tune and feedbacks for the action, the results tend to come up in a hilarious or "sofisticatelly weird" way.
