second All Items in this game is made by me only enemies and background and the owner of them said i can use them for free or paid project and i use them in free project.

second sonic is made by someone that tell me i can use it in free project it's not the original sonic look to color to see and there is many sonic game in itch.io after all this is not a paid game i only made it for game jam .

last think game jam said that You can use any audio or video assets you have the legal right to use. and i did so there is no issues

plz tell me if i did anything else because this my first game and i read the rule twice before i made this game.

Sonic the Hedgehog is an intellectual property owned by SEGA Group, you would need SEGA's written approval to use this character. It does not mean that they will sue you, or that they would if they saw that you used sonic, or that they care. It means you don't legally own the rights.

Even if you don't make money with the game, SEGA could ask you to remove the game. It happened to many fan made games.

Then the name Sonic Rush is a game that already exists. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic_Rush
You can't use the name of a game that already exist either, unless the two games have next to nothing in common, or the name is made of generic words.

I see the sonic sprite is not the original, but it is clearly a -copy- of the original Sonic. Without actual -copy- rights.

Not that I care, but this is only the first thing I said, it also has no goal and doesn't meet the theme requirements at all...

The theme was "Only One". What clever design did you implement with this theme? Maybe I missed something.

and the goal in this game is to get the best score by fighting the enemies ah i forget i didn't know about Sonic Rush the name was for fan

This is a game design contest. The game jam theme was "Only One". Where we had to design a game using the theme. People designed games that use only one button as input. Shooters where you had only one bullet. I saw a game where 5 spaceships were in danger, and you could only save one. Games where each button could only be pressed once, or where the character could only go in one direction.

It was interresting, but not "fun" fun. It was more like a visual novel. The gameplay is just switching channels to listen to what people have to say, then when a minute is over, the ship you are actively listening to gets saved. And you get a small cutscene of what happens after.
