I'm not a mod, but from what I've seen you can upload pretty much anything to itch.io (as long as it follows the itch.io rules which I do recommend taking the time to read) but you need to keep posts on itch.io forums on topic. Based on your post history, it's apparent you're interested in topics that don't have much to do with gaming or art. If you want to talk about business related software or hardware, itch.io isn't really the place for that. Maybe try reddit?
