Consider re-exporting this : I'm seeing a significant portion of the edges clipped off in the PDF, to the point that I can not discern some of the vital text. Image file seems okay though.
That's weird. I'll see what I can do this weekend. Everything looked fine before I uploaded it...
Fixed! I think Photoshop Elements fucked it up real good, so I went into Word and made a whole sheet of the bookmarks.
