i've hit a gamebreaking glitch - while punishing priti after finishing her questline, i chose the 'fingering' option early on in the punishment. the punishment menu disappeared during the scene, but when it finished and returned to the normal punishment position, the menu didn't reappear. i can't click 'back' enough to get out of the 'fingering' scene. is there anything i can do?
