Reminded me of a warioware game, has potential for that kind of frenetic wacky fun.
SFX are good (I liked the low rumble of the factory floor in the background).
I might suggest having multiple types of products (3-4) with reference images in the background, to keep the player guessing. With a reference image handy you could be a lot more devious with imperfections and with variety you could make the player have to dart thier eyes around a lot more. Without a reference image the defects have to be very obvious, and you sort of zone out around 3PM with only one thing to look at.
