Without seeing the kind of tablet you have I can't really walk you through it. I would maybe google it. It should be in a drop down screen though when you click on the file.
If anyone else can help them on this thread, please feel free to hop in. But you really should just be able to google how to do it. It would probably give you the visuals you would need.
