Hi quick question ! I noticed that there is a regular .exe and a 32.exe. What is the difference? I apologize if it is obvious to others, I am not very computer literate ! Thank you in advance.

It has already been answered but I guessed I could give a bit more info. If you're not interested in it I invite you to ignore this.
The 32 .exe is for 32-bit computers. It will probably run poorly if you have a 64-bit installation of Windows/any other OS.
The other one is for 64-bit computers. It will not run on a 32-bit OS.
If your computer came installed with Windows 8 or later, it is most probably a 64-bit computer, and if it has Windows 11, it is impossible that it is 32-bit.
Any computer with 4GB or more RAM (basically any computer made after 2014, except very very low end ones, but let's be honest these ones wouldn't survive 9 whole years) has a 64-bit OS, as 32-bit ones can only handle 3GB maximum.
