There are some grammar mistakes that should be fixed.

When you click the background at the main menu the mouse is hidden.

The settings menu is a little confusing, the options seem clickable but they also have sliders, i don't know if i should click the buttons since they light up when hovering at them.

The game lacks music and you can kind of see outside of the bounds of the room, collisions should be improved. The plates on the floor seem to change your direction for some reason.

The game doesn't tell you what you have to do or how to play, since there's not a clear objective the player will feel discouraged to keep playing.

"There are some grammar mistakes that should be fixed" - I wanted to check out grammar but I didn't have time. I did UI for a few hours of the end of the gameJam.

"The plates on the floor seem to change your direction for some reason"- I don't what you mean. Really, I didn't notice something special except one thing - Unreal has really bad settings of collision of characters. Rats can move really big thing so easy.
