I don't think ive even seen anything about pregnancy yet in the story and I did enable it. Maybe its for something in the future.

Once in a Lifetime (their other game) had the same thing and at the end it showed the girls pregnant and with kids depending on who you were with (there was a possible harem in that game but idk if itll be in this game, mainly because Luna is so sweet and innocent and her father is a really nice guy)
