Ok here is part of dialogue:

"Well... We're going to give it to him and see what happens" "Martha, he is an orc. As far as I know, they have low sught, so smell is important to them."

Pad can't be used in inventory. Where NO point of interaction near orc. When i try approach him from left way, at the corner of desk bridge, Martha say "Are your crasy?" and party retreat. Every try approach from one two left ways lead to cutscene where orc run to party and party retreat (or ocasionaly Game Over). I'd check rest of the map, found some coins but no solution. I suspect bug, like pad supposed to be laid on ground at specific spot, but trigger dont work. Can your just say what to do, without misterious tips like "Everything is very simple."

Of course. Also, if you approach the place where Martha is doing “her business,” Rocky says “Strange smell.” Do you have a sanitary pad, there is Martha's puddle with a strong odor, conclusion? Once you have a wet pad, the trigger goes off.

The game is completely passable and without bugs, this has been tested by thousands of players, so you need to play carefully and that’s all). If I answer every player's question "How? Where? Why?" this will not be a game but a big spoiler.

No if i approach to this place, after getting pad, then happens somewhat fanny cutscene. Martha assure Rocky, like "Where was big hairy spider". No "Strange smell" or something like.

After this scene (if you already have the pad), interact with Martha's puddle again. You should have a "wet pad" in your inventory.
