As for ideas, I hope you find one soon! If you're taking suggestions then maybe a mom swap story? Those are classic. Like for example the MC and his mom and his friend/rival and their mom all go on a camping trip or to the beach together. You can search around the wilderness, spy on the others through the woods and start or stop certain scenes, take both girls for yourself or just focus on one. It can have a refined version of the scavenging and exploration from Desperate Days, and maybe you can find other campers and do fun stuff with them too.
You could also use Seashell Whispers' behavior system to influence how the characters act as the trip goes on. Like slowly convincing the mothers to get experimental with each other, or influence the rival to the point he doesn't like milfs so you can take them, etc.
