It took a moment to figure out, but then it was quite a lot of fun. Also pretty good pixel work within the restrictions of the PICO-8 engine.

I tried to catch the chicken by placing the cursor right on them when they stopped, and couldn't catch any because they would always fly away. It took a while to figure out that you actually have to click in front of them so they fly into your hands.

That's right. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's a bug or a feature. Chickens should be hard to catch! I'll probably tweaks some constants so the player doesn't have to anticipate the chicken's path that much. Thanks for the feedback :)

Maybe allow the player to move the cursor while in the grabbing animation so they can react to the movement of the chicken?
