I can't get to level 4, I can't do level 3, what should I do?

Greetings, hope it's just the same problem many people faced. The problem of me not properly describing the game functions 😅

So, little icons top right are the menus. One of them is the quest-menu, telling you which goals you need to achieve.

the problem is that they can't complete, for example, I can't convince the blonde woman, or the guy from the rich street, and I can't talk to some people that I need to complete the qvest, and I also can't go to the street where the crimes are

Ok, then this is more complex 😅Most people who asked this just didn't read the quest-log and kept wondering. Ok, if you're interested I will gladly try to fix this.

First, did you start your run on a new safe? I stated that the old saves will cause variable-conflicts and should be avoided. This is another common error people had been facing.

If that's also not the case, can you describe which quest-goals are currently not complete-able?

Ok i know why, you need to go to the bureau and check the ledgers all the time. This will work for sure cause i was stock at ur same problem.
