hello Adam please take my recomendation. I have a rx 5600xt and a ryzen 5 3600x . frame rate is under about 30-40fps even with a 1080p resolution and low quality, is not normal.
That's normal; the 5600xt, unfortunately, is quickly becoming obsolete
