I think in my thread I posted a step guide on how to meet him.
Basically go to where you place all 3 runes to get to the mushroom.
On the bottom part of the 3 rune pillars (ladder to get down) a new cave hole should been open. (Its been blocked by a boulder when you have been their on the first time)
