Clearly inspired by the fishing mechanic in Stardew Valley. Which - at least for me - is a bad thing, as I hated this mechanic already over there. ;D However, even if I completely suck at this game, I appreciate the idea and think it has quite some potential! Maybe start without the bird dropping bombs, so one can first focus entirely on the fishing part. Then teach the player how to acquire the upgrages. And once this is also clear, introduce the bird and a time limit. Any reason for the timer being split in two parts btw? Was quite confusing, at first I thought that's somewhat related to the fishing as well.
