You can try these two things:
- Update your graphics driver to the latest version
- Try execute the pre-requisites installer that comes with the game at the location: \Changed3D\Windows\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe
Check if one of these things work!
