Well I finished trying it, IMPO the renders and models look good, except for Mc he looks like a loser creep, and honestly no interest in the 2 sluts who have no problem sucking strangers' dick in the bathroom and it seems that they are also bicurious, there is no way to avoid that so The part that says "choice matters" is misleading.
The water sports option apparently only skips the scene but it happens in the story, right? EDIT: yes, this happens anyway since the dialogue later affirms it.
Leaving that aside and looking at your answer, what are the tags/content you have planned dev? ( With the number of characters and also that player can change the relationship between several characters, this looks like it could be a fuckfest or voyeur)
And regarding the last part, that means that the game is going to be Point and Click or Sandbox style?
In any case, I would like to know that since perhaps this game is not going to be to my liking and it is better to abandon ship before it sails haha.
