A better customer support answer to this; Inform these people to install the MEGA (mobile/desktop) app. They won't have to pay anything to download files larger than 5GB, they just need to use the app and be a little patient. Once a download is queued up in the app, it will RESUME the download from where it left off/hit the transfer quota, meaning the users save bandwidth by not having to download the same bits and bytes several times, and it also means you don't have to spend time emailing personal links to everyone that doesn't know how to use MEGA.
