If I'm reading correctly - you should lose chase (fail Agility 6 or next Perception 5 check), you should not be goblin egged, and you should starving (food = 0)
I have tried this though when I do, I simply get buttfucked
maybe you don't need to fail, you need to win. Also I know that starvation happens at 0 health usually.
Oh maybe if i win the fight that might be what i need. ill check it out and Ill let you know how it goes
