Unfortunately we believe that our CDN is having a catastrophic failure in the Philippines region. We’re in the process of migrating to a new provider, which should be happening over the coming week. In the meantime, the best solution I have to offer is using a VPN that routes your traffic through some other part of the world.

If you don’t mind sharing, what is the ISP you use that you are having an issue with?

It's great to see it's being addressed since I've been having this same problem for months now actually.  Globe is my ISP as well and like OP said, mobile data works fine while our home network doesn't. I also asked a friend who has Converge as their ISP and it works fine for them so it may be an issue with Globe. Hope this info helps!
