It’s well written, and the tropes are explored in a meaningful way. I found the varying art style very distracting, detracting from my immersion. An overhaul of the GUI elements would make the game better, and some way to make the text more readable too (the shifts in size and the lack of isolation from the background art make it hard to read sometimes).
