Is there any way to keep the baby at birth? or let the hospital help raise the baby instead of handing it over to the government

While it's nice that MC can get pregnant, the government taking your children makes the whole thing feel pointless. What if mommy wants to be a mommy?
Yeah it'd be nice if you had the option to keep the baby or not as school isn't mandatory so you'd have all the time in the world to look after the baby
Children will not be added to the game in any form. So they will always be taken away from you.
