No, you don't. You don't pay the developer and you've done this several times. The only thing that you are doing with this is annoy both the people working in this project and the fans waiting for the next release. He has taken more than 2 months to post a chapter before, this isn't anything new. He doesn't owe you anything and even if he did you're not going to get it with that attitude
Your "complaints" would carry more weight if you weren't so hostile, so willfully ignorant and if you actually were a Patron. Mostly the first two things though.
