You use the arrow keys toward the player you want to recruit, but you have to be in front of it!

Thanks! Now it works! :)Very cool game! I like the companion idea and how your characters moves! I think you could concentrate more on the one character thing, than the you-can-just-use-one-abilites thing, but the levels aready work pretty well!
