I haven’t played the game so I can’t say with confidence, but if you’re just putting out low effort games with the expectation that itch.io will give you players and traffic then maybe you might want to reevaluate your strategy. Our indexing system is designed to help players find things they would be interested in playing. Publishing a page is a bare minimum and should not be seen as a guarantee that itch.io will redirect its users to your page. Build something that people would want to play and then try to build an audience. Think of itch.io’s browse and discovery tools as a way to amplify your reach. If you’re at 0 plays and views and have made no effort to do anything about that, why would you expect itch.io to promote your page? If you don’t want to bother, no big deal, you’re still free to publish your page and do what you want with it.
