I've received some feedback that the tracking cameras are disorientating, so those will be adjusted in the future. As of now, there's only progression up to getting hit by a Pantyhose Soldier, which you can trigger by

Run past the "Exit" door near the trash can to spawn the Pantyhose Soldier, which will start playing audio.
